TIC International provides arbitration services to clients in the construction industry. Our consultants have been involved in numerous AAA and ICC arbitrations, as well as other forms of arbitration. Our consultants have provided training on the arbitration process to owners, engineers, and contractors. We assist our clients in arbitration by consulting on strategy, assisting with arbitrator selection, and testifying.

Additionally, TIC International provides mediation services to clients in the construction industry. Our consultants have been involved in numerous mediations and have provided training on the mediation process to owners, engineers, and contractors. We assist our clients by presenting our clients' position in mediation, consulting on selection of an appropriate mediator, and assisting with negotiation during the mediation process.
